What are some tasty slow cooker/ crock pot recipes?

I have a really nice crock pot/ slow cooker that I got for my wedding 2 years ago, but the only thing I know how to cook in it is beef stew. What are some tasty crock pot recipes? It would sure make my life easier, not having to cook dinner after working 9 hours. Thanks!!

    Ribs
Add a bit of water and onions
I like to sprinkle mine with cajun seasonings
Cook on high a couple hours
Then turn to low, remember to turn them now and then
    Cook for several hours
    Drain off all the grease
Pour a bottle of bbq sauce over ribs
    Heat til warm
Do not cook long in sauce as it will turn to grease
