I’m electing to get a little more personal than usual in this brief post, and chat a good bit about the recent emotional effect that the slow carb diet has had on my own life. My hope is that this article will help to motivate you on to action and further transformation as well.
For the first moment in a very long time, I’m not anxious or even frightened of having my shirt off; even if I’m lounging on the beach, hanging around outdoors, performing yard work, out relaxing in the pool, or simply getting together with my family.
Not only has it given me the self confidence to take my tee shirt off, but additionally to feel good about it too! For over 3 decades, I spent most of my life never feeling exactly confident and comfortable in my own skin until I ran across the slow carb diet.
As an exceptionally chubby elementary student at age 12, I took some initiative and wound up burning off thirty-five lbs in just a couple of months. This significantly transformed my entire body as well as my self esteem around all of my classmates.
Since then, although I persisted to maintain pretty decent eating and exercise routines, it took more than twenty years for me to truly find self confidence. Only when I began to truly take this diet plan to heart and carry out the steps, was I finally comfortable in my own skin.
