Find more soup recipes at www.recipeforsoup.org How to make a delicious, nutritious vegetable soup in your Crock Pot electric slow cooker. David uses a cheap ‘soup pack’ purchased at his local supermarket for .99. It’s easy enough, peel the vegetables and chop them into bite-sized chunks. Add cold water, crumble in the included stock cube. add about a teaspoonful of salt and set the slow cooker to do its thing. Plan for a minimum of 4 hours on High or 8 hours on the Low setting. You can cook the soup for longer, it will not burn. Just keep the lid ON until the 4 or 8 hours are up, otherwise the cooking will take even longer!

I tried something like this a while ago. While I did not have the luxury of having my ingredients pre-packaged like that, it was still very good. This video is very helpful in outlining exactly what should be done. It will come in handy next time.
