Is it worth getting a slow cooker for veggie/vegan recipes?
We are mostly vegan. I like the idea of a slow cooker as I have almost no time to cook. How easy is it to adapt recipes to be vegan/veggie for the slow cooker? Do you have any recipe book and/or cooker recommendations – max. Thanks.
